West of 60’s camp is supported by free will offerings given by those who attend. To stay in Glacier Mountain Lodge, there is a charge of $70.00 per night ($210 for 3 nights), Midway is offered at $30.00 per night ($90.00 for 3 nights).  All other lodges and RV spaces are offered at no charge.

Full RV hook-ups are offered at $35.00 per night ($105.00 for 3 nights).

Both singles and couples ages 60 and older are encouraged to attend.

Registration

  • Reservations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.  Full capacity is expected; early registration is advised.
  • PLEASE call the office at (406) 387-5502 to register and check lodging availability.
  • All who attend must register
  • Confirmation of room assignments will not be mailed out.  Late registrations will be the only problem in securing a room, unless you have paid for a room in Glacier Lodge or Midway.
  • Camp opens at 2:00pm on Monday, August 19, 2024.
  • If you are unable to come after you have registered, please notify us immediately at:  (406) 387-5502
  • Your room may be reassigned if you have not arrived by 7:00pm on Monday.
  • Do not move into any room until after you have registered.  You will receive your room assignment when you register.

Out of State Guests

We anticipate enough housing for everyone.  However, the Montana Ministry Network provides this camp as an appreciation to its Seniors, we reserve the right to give preference in housing to Montana residents.  RV’s are encouraged.

What to Bring

Include all fundamental necessities of dorm living.  Each camper must provide their own bedding and towels unless prior arrangements have been made.  Weather can be unpredictable, bring appropriate clothing for cool mornings and evenings, sunny days and occasional drizzle.  Casual attire is encouraged.

Bill and Joy Wilson

Guest Speaker

A fourth generation Assemblies of God Minister, Bill and his wife Joy have been active in pastoral ministry for more than 53 years. For the first 18 years, they served as Associate Pastors, focusing on youth, worship, and adults in California, Oregon and Washington. In 1987 they became the Lead Pastors of Portland Christian Center, in Portland Oregon, guiding this historic church from 200 in attendance to nearly 3000. Joy assisted in starting Hilltop Christian Pre-School and established one of the most impacting Women’s Ministries efforts in the churches 100-year history.

After serving for 20 years as Lead Pastors, Bill was selected to be the Superintendent of the Oregon Ministry Network, where he led from 2007–2023. During this time, Joy served as the Director of OMN Coaching and was the Lead for the Women In Ministry Initiative. Currently both Bill and Joy are on the Pastoral Team at Horizon Community Church in Tualatin, Oregon.

Since 2017, Bill has served as the Northwest Regional Executive Presbyter of the Assemblies of God and continues to work with numerous key leaders nationwide. Both Bill and Joy have served on numerous Ministry and University Boards. Both are certified Ministry Coaching, working with Pastors in personal development and discipleship.

Currently Bill serves on Northwest University Board of Directors and Chairs the NU Advancement Committee. Joy directs Sisterhood, a ministry to women in the local church.

Bill and Joy have been married for 53 years; have 3 married children and 5 fabulous grandchildren. Bill and Joy enjoy time with family, music, travel, reading, sports and driving his classic Corvettes.
